Returns Policy

We accept all returns or exchanges within 30 days of package delivery. Please note, all customer's are responsible for return postage. All return item(s) must be unused, undamaged, and in their original condition. Items can be returned for an item cost refund or an exchange package (exchange item(s) must be same/lower value of original item). Please include a note inside your package with your detailed return request.

Discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Return Process

After we receive your return package at our facility, our Returns Department will inspect and process your return according to the note provided.

 

Item cost refund:

 Refund will be processed to the original payment method used for the order. Credit card payments may take 5 to 10 business days to show on your credit card statement.

**If the product is returned damaged or returned after 30 calendar days, you will not be eligible for a refund. The return package will be sent back to you.

 

Exchange for alternative product 
(same cost): Your exchange package will be processed, and a new tracking number will be sent via email.
